Steve Kerbel is an Associate, having joined the Firm in 2007. Previously affiliated with several multinational firms, Mr. Kerbel brings large scale firm resources to a boutique setting.
Mr. Kerbel concentrates his practice in the areas of surety, fidelity, construction, commercial and general litigation matters. He has represented clients in distinct industries to resolve their disputes through the most effective and efficient means available – from informal negotiations, mediation and arbitration to litigation and trial. As it relates to construction, Mr. Kerbel has represented sureties, owners and contractors on a range of commercial and municipal projects related to claims for design, construction and material defects. With respect to fidelity issues, Mr. Kerbel has represented insurance carriers with regard to claims involving commercial blanket bonds, motor vehicle dealer bonds and notarial bonds.
